Robust and reliable hood-type dishwasher

D2 is a robust and reliable hood-type dishwasher, available in three product lines: Master, Base, and Core.

All three come standard equipped with stainless steel wash and rinse arms, rinse aid and detergent dosing, drain pump, break tank and rinse pump. Master line also features water change and self-cleaning programmes, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a full-colour LCD display on a flexible satellite arm that can be mounted on either side of the hood, allowing flexible orientation and making it ideal for corner installations.

Master also features our innovative Sequential Rinse Technology™ which minimizes water consumption giving Master the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the three, and optional features such as EcoExchanger and automatic hood.

D2 Master 626X626

Pass-through design with natural separation of dirty and clean areas

D2 is a pass-through dishwasher, designed to be installed with in and outlet tables for a fluent and smooth washing up area, that naturally separates clean and dirty items. Set it up either alongside a wall or in a corner.

Our smart Reversible tabling allows for installation with inlet from either right or left using the same table, thanks to a smart docking system that can be adjusted on site.

The smart Bridge Table connects two hood-type washers, which enables scalable capacity - perfect for fluctuation in visitor numbers during high and low season, or to boost capacity during larger events.

D2 Master has been developed with sustainability in mind. It uses from 1.3 L of water per cycle and is equipped with an energy-saving mode. D2 Master is best in class regarding silence, from 59 dB(A). Built to last, and with zero brass components.

Efficient

D2 Master has a fast start-up time, it is ready to be used in just 12 minutes. The wash cycles range from 1-8 minutes. When done for the day, simply use the AutoClean program to tidy up (3 min, 30 sec.). D2 Master has an app for HACCP reporting and is compliant with DIN 10534 hygiene guidelines.

Match conveyor capacity with the smart Bridge Table

By connecting an X2 Master and D2 Master with the Bridge Table, you can enhance capacity to fit the needs of the day - or the season. Use both for a high-productivity pass-through solution, with through-put matching that of a tunnel dishwasher with up to 864 dinner plates, or 360 serving trays per hour. On slower days and low season, only start up one and save on electricity, water, chemicals, and money.
