Why commercial dishwashers reuse water
By reusing water, recirculating commercial dishwashers are substantially more efficient than their “fill and dump” counterpart, which – as the name suggests – dumps and refills wash water with every cycle.
Each rinse cycle in a recirculating commercial dishwasher replenishes the wash tank with fresh rinse water, which keeps water use down, speeds up the process and lowers energy and chemicals consumption.
Commercial dishwashers from Nor:disk can reuse wash tank water for 25-30 cycles, depending on how dirty the dishes are and pre-rinsing adherence. Moreover, rinse water volume is kept to an industry low, by utilizing the patented Sequential Rinse system (Water-Smart range - patent no. IT201900010245A1).
