"A combination that doesn't work, really doesn't work"

For Mathias, and the entire staff, it's all about the total experience; everything from the interaction between people to the food and beverage served, and how it is served.

- Beverage is just as important as the food for the full experience, so it's important that the combination works, he explains.

Equally important is the tableware and having the right type of glasses, depending on which beverage is served. Setting between 9-12 courses per guest, accompanied by a wide variety of glasses for each meal, all add up to a lot of glasses to clean.

"A perfect glass shines like a ray of sun"

- G1 Master has made it easier to manage the high volume of glasses to clean. It's a significant improvement not having to use the existing hoodwasher and instead cleaning the glasses in a dedicated glasswasher.

It's more efficient, saves time, and is also safer for the staff who avoid the risk of cutting themselves on the glasses which previously was risk factor, as high-quality glasses are fragile when hot and easily break. After 1 minute, the glasses are dry, clean, and shiny, ready to be used by the next guest, says Mathias.
