High versatility for small to medium cook and serve kitchens

Granule Combi is a commercial passthrough dishwasher for operations that cook and serve from 200 up to 1,800 meals per day (depending on if used as all-in-one dish and pot washer (200 meals) or dedicated pot washer (1800 meals). Depending on the daily wash volume, you can use Granule Combi for all your wash needs - pots as well as plates, glasses, and cutlery. Or you can use it as a pot washer, that handles the occasional crockery basket or even doubles as a dishwasher during low season and you don't have to run your regular dishwasher.

The rotating basket loads most sizes in GN range and has a high hourly through-put for 65 mm deep GN1/1 pans. Add more baskets and smart accessories and inserts to extend your loading options and increase flow and capacity. For dishwashing, you use a standard 500 x 500 mm wash basket that suits plates, glasses, or cutlery.

Energy optimization with GD Link

GD Link is an energy optimization feature that can be fitted to all our granule-based ware washers and allows for the machine to communicate with systems that are based on the DIN 18875 standard.

GD Link enables connecting and controlling the machine through a central energy optimization unit, which helps to avoid any production disruptions in individual devices as the shutdown periods are computer-controlled and automatically reduced to a minimum. It also eliminates the instantaneous energy peaks that can happen when multiple types of equipment run simultaneously.

With the machine connected to an energy optimization system, you will minimize the overall peak load and at the same time minimize disruptions. GD link is possible to retrofit on all granule-based models dating back to 2015.

HACCP wash log

The control system stores vital HACCP data for up to 200 wash cycles. The data log can be accessed via the control panel display or exported to a USB stick for further use or storage.

Auto-reminders

The smart control system keeps track of the number of run wash cycles and reminds you when it's time to change wash water, granules, and to schedule your next preventive maintenance appointment.

Patented sensor

Built-in patented wash basket sensor detects what type of basket is loaded and auto-selects the appropriate wash mode for you. Helps avoid mishaps like accidentally treating your tableware with a harsh pot wash program.

3 cycles and 2 modes

Wash hygienically clean in minutes, using a minimum of natural resources! No pre-washing needed - just scrape and load, then choose cycle length and wash mode. There are 2 different modes you can use, granule mode or water-only mode. It all depends on what you need to wash and how severely dirty or burnt it is.
